We have been operating our ship leasing business since our founding in 1983.
Ship leasing involves shipowners leasing their ships to shipping companies. In addition to leasing, through our group companies, we also offer ship management services that include crew deployment to leased vessels.
Following the instructions of the shipping companies, our responsibility is to ensure the safe and responsible delivery of cargo while cherishing the human "heart" that reflects the producers' commitment and sincerity.

Step by step toward a greener future
The Seamark building was constructed in 2007 as part of the Island City project. That marked the beginning of our real estate business, and we have grown alongside Island City in this greenery-rich area ever since. Working in Marine industry gave us opportunities to face and tackle environmental issues, and we now utilize the experience gained in those efforts to enhance our current building operations. Our goal is to operate environment-conscious buildings, and we are continuously committed to take on new initiatives to address social issues for the benefit of future generations.
